Every time we are in the city we make it a point to stop at Yanni’s. The chocolate chip walnut cookie is incredible and they make a great cup of coffee. Staff are always fast and friendly.

Their matcha latte was the best out of all the cafes I’ve been to in NYC! Plus the service and atmosphere was AMAZING. 8am and the shop was already lively, baristas were extremely nice and welcoming. 10/10 would go back :)

Really cute coffee spot, had a delicious cappuccino. Quick service with great coffee beans and nice folks. Coffee was also super reasonably priced. Want to try the cookies next time which also looked great

Best cookies ever! We first bought a chocolate chip—something I usually don’t care much for—but it was so delicious that we went back and bought two more. The two girls working behind the counter were professional, friendly, and very polite. The place is small and feels a little cramped but the taste of coffee and cookies make up for it. If I lived closer, I’d probably buy cookies every day (which wouldn’t be great for me, so maybe it’s a good thing I don’t!), but they really are that good. Definitely one of the most memorable stops in New York.

New York's best chocolate chip walnut cookie resides in this small neighborhood coffee shop... don't believe me? Maybe because NYC is saturated with hundreds of pop-up cookie shops from the likes of huge corporations or from small trendy venues that chase Instagram clout over actual food quality. This cookie is sweet without being overwhelming... it is crispy and well baked... and the walnuts give a wonderful depth of flavor. Unlike so many others who offer picture perfect baked goods that over promise and under deliver, I could easily say that if you're on the hunt for a sweet treat that won't spoil your appetite, then drop by and get yourself an oatmilk latte and a cookie for that mid-afternoon coffee break. It will be worth every bite, and every sip!

Damn the Ethiopian they have is really good!! The iced americano I had was definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while! The oatmeal/white chocolate cookie was fire too! Friendly baristas as well!

This was a really nice discovery in NYC! It’s not a huge place but it’s coffee it’s simply amazing. It was a warm day so I had an iced latte and it didn’t disappoint. They also have some nice cookies and pastries you cannot resist. Highly recommend it

I’ve gotten into the habit of stopping by Yanni’s Coffee during my lunch breaks, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a charming, cozy vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. The staff is super sweet and always brings great energy. The coffee? Solid. But the real star for me is their chocolate chip walnut cookie—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. And honestly, discovering this right before summer? Not great timing! Haha.

Solid coffee, cold brew is nice and smooth. 2nd time here this weekend as a visitor of NYC because the chocolate chip walnut and oatmeal white chocolate cookies are the best. If I was staying in NYC longer, I'd go here again. Hard to find a decent cup of coffee nowadays but usually if I find one I stick with it and this is that place!

THE best cookies in NYC. Being an absolute cookie lover and having tried tons over multiple years, these beat all of them. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside with pronounced flavors and a perfect balance of sweetness. Would even go as far as choosing the oatmeal cookie before the chocolate chip one but if you get the chance, try both - you won’t regret it!
